Can I join the trip from a city other than Bangalore?
Yes. Participants can join the convoy from Chennai, Hyderabad, or any pre-agreed city on the route. Just inform us during registration so we can coordinate your entry.
Is this trip suitable for families with children?
Yes. The route, daily drive duration, and accommodations are all designed with families in mind. Kids above 5 years old will enjoy the diverse scenery and cultural experiences.
What type of car is required for this trip?
Any well-maintained personal vehicle (SUV, MUV, sedan, or hatchback) is welcome. SUVs are recommended for better comfort and road handling, but not mandatory. Ground clearance of your car should be 160 mm or higher.
Do I need a passport or visa to enter Nepal?
No visa is required for Indian citizens. A valid government photo ID (passport, voter ID) is sufficient. Aadhaar is not accepted at land border crossings.
Who takes care of Nepal vehicle permits and documents?
We do! The organizing team will manage all necessary cross-border permits and paperwork for your vehicle and passengers. We'll guide you through the process in advance.
Are meals and fuel included?
No. Fuel, tolls, meals, parking, and personal expenses are not included, unless specified at specific locations. This gives participants the freedom to choose their food and refuel preferences.
What if my car breaks down en route?
Our roadside assistance team and pilot car will coordinate help with local garages and towing services. Costs for repair/towing will be borne by the participant.
Is travel insurance mandatory?
Not mandatory but strongly recommended, especially for international travel (even if just across the border). It’s a small cost for peace of mind.
Will there be any off-roading or risky terrain?
No. The route is mostly on highways and good roads, suitable for all vehicle types. We avoid unsafe or difficult terrains, especially for a family-friendly group.
How many cars can join the convoy?
We’re capping participation at 12 vehicles to ensure personalized attention, smooth logistics, and group cohesion.
Convoy Etiquette
Always follow the lead pilot car and maintain convoy formation where possible.
Respect the drive timings and halts as announced during daily briefings.

Honk or flash to signal emergencies only—not for regular communication.
Driving Discipline
Follow all traffic rules, speed limits, and local driving customs.
Avoid night driving unless part of the plan.
Never drink and drive.
Ensure all documents and ID proofs are kept handy, especially during border crossings and check posts.
